if I were going to worship somebody it would probably be Mel Brooks. it would be just like believing in god, only a lot funnier.
If I were going to worship somebody it would probably Andy Partridge. It would be self-evident but I think Andy wouldn't like it. Plus all the others on my list, they either felt left out or my day should have 48 hours. Or 96. Or any other prime number. This record was released 20 years ago! XTC made a Beatles reunion superfluous, and Skylarking is the smoking gun. As well as a fine record altogether. Begonie!
Maybe we should all go back to worshipping the sun and moon and stars and wind and rain and grass and mountain goats and tree grubs and volcanos and... er, smoking guns. That would be just as useful as worshipping god or Mel Brooks or Andy Partridge, but at least we'd be in better touch with nature.
Who needs nature as long as we have enlargement pills?! LArger than life, that's what the label said.
That sounds unpleasant and frightening. Enlargement pills, bah humbug.
Not to be mixed up with Enhancement pills (which in turn shouldn't be confused with enchantment pills!) - those don't work (see my other post on that subject).
Saw it! Hard to miss ;o) That's why these poor self-conscious chappies should go back to nature. A few months of living in the forest sweating like a pig, and killing wild boar and uprooting trees with bare hands, and they'd be charming the ladies like wotsit.
